WHO
Hey there, my name is Sarah and I am the owner of Optical Designs. I’m a professional photographer with over 6 years of experience, who integrates my love of candid style into my professional work. Candid photography has always been a passion of mine, even when I wasn't completely aware of it. Having worked with many amazing artists and clients, I'm always learning. using my love of natural light and real emotions, I have inadvertently crafted and moulded my work into something fun and honest, something that makes me happy. Storytelling is a beautiful art and I don't necessarily have the conventional skills to do that, so that’s what I do at work. I tell stories.
WHAT
To put it simply, I enjoy taking photos of people living in the moment. Weddings, parties, award ceremonies and everything in between (check out my portfolio), I can be there. Decent photos of your event are so important; if it’s a public event, good photos are brilliant for promotional material, which is vital to have. If you have a wedding or party, great photos are not only amazing to look back on but it also means that you don’t have to worry about taking them; you can live in the moment. WHEN & WHERE
I’m ready when you’re ready, provided that you are able to book at least 8 weeks in advance, so we can work together to prepare for the day ahead and what you want out of us working together. Another thing is that I am a Staffordshire & Cheshire based photographer, this however can possibly be altered. I’m aware this is vague but these details are generally different for everyone and I try my best to tailor each contract and plan to your occasion. The first thing we would do once we touch base is meet up for a brew for a free consultation to talk about what I could do for you and what you would want from a photographer for your event.
